This mix CD is truly the best style of trance around. Almost every mix of each track is amazing. James Holden's "solstice" kicks off this CD followed by many great remixes of tracks such as Tiesto's remix of "We are all made of stars" and other PvD mixes.

There are some incredible tracks on this album, I've never heard a Cream compilation over the past few years to match this one. The more uplifting, melodic trance of CD 1 is definitely my favourite sound of the moment where as some of the tracks on the harder edged second CD tend to lack the deeper, more emotional vibe that this genre has become famous for. However, I can't really find much fault with this and to be perfectly honest it's the standard of tunes that more than make up for sub-optimal mixing at times. My favourite tracks on this one have to be among the more soulful of the selection; Project Medusa vs Exor - Moonshine, Sinead O'Connor - Troy (Push Remix), Taste Experience - Highlander, Rising Star - Clear Blue Moon and the truly beautiful Second Sun by Sonorous. This is an album for those who love 'music' not just repetitive beats, if you're one of the latter then don't bother buying it otherwise grab it as soon as you can!

I was watching TV when the ad came on ... and I had to have it. I listened to both discs in one sitting whilst driving, and I love them both equally. Some of the mixing between tracks is a little 'off' but these CD's are digitally mixed on computer so it's not surprising. Disc 1 contains a variety of lesser-heard tracks, one of my favourite being Armin's Rising Star - Clear Blue Moon (Armin van Buuren). Disc 2 contains some harder trance tracks with a more uplifting feel, a few favourites being Signum - Second Wave and Mark Dawn - Expander (Flutlicht Remix). However every track is fantastic and unusually I do not find myself skipping a single one. I am now trying to source several tracks on Vinyl :) Top buy, money well spent.

The instant I heard this CD advertised on the radio I knew I HAD to buy it, and I wasn't disappointed! Each track is uplifting, plesantly unique, and at no point should you get bored from repetition. This is the first Cream CD I have enjoyed since Cream live, released years ago. Don't let the "explicit lyrics" warning on the CD box stop you buying this CD. Thankfully, very few tracks contain lyrics (the few that do contain sung lyrics, not the dissapointing drones that appear on most recent tracks). It is also impossible to interpret the explicit language in the first place. The only negative fact would be that the mixing between some of tracks is could have been better.

What stands out on this cd is the remixes of many of the songs that trance fans would have heard before. Normally a compilation cd like this would contain he originals, or the mixes that are played all the time, but this cd is different. 1st cd starts off with quality tunes, ending with some more well known, and arguably commercial tunes. But dont let this deter you, because the remixes of some of these are awesome. as for cd 2, the quality improves, the superb tunes of ferry corsten - punk and art of trance -madagasgar (push remix) really some up how good this 2 cd package is. These are the tunes you are hearing in clubland now! A definite for all trance fans. buy it!
