this album is the 1st trance alb i bought and thats what got me into trance and all styles of trance that are going right now.it is quality through both discs it was compiled in what was the year of trance 1999.the dj john oo fleming plays both sides of trance scale known as psy-trance the only dj in world 2 do that.if yu like this? you might like the syles of markus schulz,armin van buuren,tiesto or not. depends on what syle of trance u like?. worth buying any day and iv had this since i was 16 now 24. well done circa records ltd.

If you're looking at this review you'll probably be browsing. However- don't walk away! This CD maybe old and has missed out on three years of great trance, but it still has nine years of arguably even better stuff on it.
The first CD is amazing. Starting with classic Stellar, it builds slowly from slow singing and melodic right up to amazing hard trance. Brilliant melodic tracks are For an Angel, Flaming June and Children, in the middle are Insomnia, Cafe del Mar and El Nino leading up to the brilliant climax of hard trance classics 1999, Carte Blanche and Cream.
Okay, the second CD dips in quality slightly, but there are at least seven great anthems on it and although it can't match the build-up of the first CD, it is still well mixed.
If you missed it first time round or are new to trance, its time for some catching up!

I don't think I have ever had a CD in my car for so long! This CD takes you on a trip through the best trance music ever (Hence the name of the CD I guess?). Starting with slow melodic trance and building up to a thumping crecendo (spelling?) All I can say is that if you've never bought a trance CD before, buy this one. Maybe it should be renamed "Trance for Beginners"?
