I first heard it as mp3 I downloaded off the web and liked it so much went out and ordered it here on amazon and I am awaiting my copy. I consider myself a trance fan who doesn't like hard stuff. But I still want something with a nice beat to it. This trance is perfect. I would also recommend Ibiza Euphoria by matt darey, also his 'pure' euphoria vol4. I am also impressed with Gatecrasher black, red, and wet. I am also trying to buy those for a reasonable price though. I also like trance nation 4 by ferry corsten. I ordered the other trance nations done by him so I will see how they stack up to four but based from reviews they should be just as good. Now the euphoria line has many offerings. I liked the ibiza euphoria by matt and got then vol 2 and 3 by agnelli nelson and dave pearce and they are good but not as great as the first one by matt. Then there are the just euphoria albums which matt did number 4 for. I ordered the first three by pf project and red jerry again based on reviews so we'll see how they stack up. This is where I stand so far. I am leaning to albums from 98 to 2000 since that is when trance seemed to be at one of its peaks. So again you cant go wrong with the first three gatecrashers, first ibiza euphoria by matt, this atb clubbers guide ( I dont like any of the others done by jules they were too techno housey ), and euphoria vol4 again by matt. I think these cds will give you a pretty tight range of some great trance songs. Oh and also trance nation four by ferry corsten.
WOW!! March 29, 2004 I bought this album when it first came out in 1999 when I first started listening to trance. It was worth every penny!! It is still played in my car and CD player 5 years on!! I have listened to it so much that i have recently had to purchase a new one as my old one is knackered!! ATB have done themselves proud with this fab mix of fine tunes. Ones to look out for, as they are my personal faves include - Not over Yet, We came, Hypnotic and let me know.
Offensive Noise Complaint! February 20, 2004 Richard S Maddock (Scarborough, Australia Australia) 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
I heard this album several years ago and the emotional roller-coaster that resulted made this one of my favourites. Not much of a detailed reviewer the alubum took me places.Fully cranked up the whole block got a dose...on my morning walk the neighbour over the back commented they liked the music."But please turn it down when the kids go to sleep". However, not all locals were fans of trance. The local hicks complained to the council and I received a letter in the mail claiming offensive noise pollution. Apparently their houses were "reverberating noise and it was driving them crazy". Even the police wanted to borrow the CD! Having spent some time limiting the intoxicants - and giving away most of my CD collection as part of the cleansing process I am now rebuilding my collection (but limiting the intoxicants). I have just re-purchased Clubbers Guide to Trance and there are no nieghbours as I have upgraded my suburb...just ocean horizon views and whatever company and level of euphoria I want. What happened to the police?...they are suspended for drug use.

This CD is something too good to be true. Masterpiece!! October 31, 2001 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This CD has the greatest trance selection ever. it has everything from the Golden Year of Trance 1999. Saltwater, Liberation, 9pm(till i come), I believe, Xpander... Artists such as Lange, Paul Oakenfold, ATB (Andre Tanneberger), Ferry Corsten, Chicane, Sasha, Agnelli & Nelson, Matt Darey, Lost Witness, Push, Blank & Jones, DJ Sakin and Friends, Mauro Picotto, Gouryella...etc etc etc and cool tunes such as Twilo Thunder which will make you wont believe that there exists such a perfect compilation, when you just thought that good compilations were only true in your dreams. Prepare to dream and to enter in the true trance. Tracks which are very special and reached the perfection and beauty of this sound, the sound of trance and i bet that there arent gonna be released more tracks with this quality from now on in the dance scene. No other compil gives ya so much. And ATB is the best DJ because he has always the best selection which is the most important thing on a dj. Enjoy it ;)
