Thought I'd give this 5 stars to even out the 1 star from the person who never even touched one!

I bought this as it was the smallest midi keyboard I could find and I wanted something I could stick in a bag with my laptop that will allow me to write music wherever I am - invariably a hotel room somewhere. The action is as you would expect from something in this price range but still playable although you'll need decent audio drivers if you are using it to trigger sounds from a laptop and are relying on the laptop's internal sound card. If you find you hit a key and no sound appears for several seconds (latency) you could do worse than google ASIO4ALL which should help.

Anyway this keyboard is absolutely tiny (and very light) but unless you've got huge fingers is just about playable - it works great with Reason and means I can write music wherever I am quite literally. lastly if you've got very young kids there's some great software that allows them to play nursery rhymes and stuff and have sound effects and pictures of animals appear etc. My two year old currently doesn't want to play with anything else. In short it's very small, very cheap and it works ok. If you travel a lot and don't want to lug too much around with you it's a great little bit of kit.
