Mark Farina is an extremely good DJ and producer. This CD is possibly his best, following 1997's "Mushroom Jazz" and recently followed by OM records "San Fransico Sessions". The mix takes you on a journey, starting with a mellow train journey intro, and building up to extremely deep, funky and largely black orientated house tunes. Best when listened to as a complete set but the key stand alone tune is track six "Scrumpin" which you will no doubt find yourself regularly skipping back to for a sharp induction of mighty funky house! This CD will never leave you tiresome, and will be a recurring feature in your changer.
