| Customer Reviews:
More complicated than it should be! September 2, 2008 Mr. S. A. Mullett (Southampton, England) 16 out of 21 found this review helpful
I have taken delivery of this laptop about 3 hours ago I think, and it is only now that I can connect using wireless. It came with the wireless adapter not installed. Fortunatley, the Toshiba on-line troubleshooting guide knowledge database provided the info required to get it working. Fortunatley (again) I have an alternative method of accessing the web so I found this straight forward, but many will not. O.K., this is at the budget end of the market, but it should work as advertised straight out of the box and not need even the slightest technical knowledge to get it working. AND, this is known issue according to the Toshiba website! Other than that, I am happy with this so far.
