The finest album released in the last 5 years August 22, 2007 Matt Cormondo (Spaceland) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
As the title of the review says, this is the finest album of any genre released during the last 5 years. I like rock, metal, trance, DnB, hip hop, soul, all sorts of music, but this is the pinnacle of recent musical achievement, anywhere.
If Mozart were alive today... March 12, 2007 Sleeping Turtle (Essex, UK) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
Basically for those of you who know your music, you shouldn't need to read this as you should own this already!!!For those of you who dont...well put it this way if Mozart was alive today and composed psytrance...this would be it.
Best I.M album yet January 1, 2006 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Great album and my favourite shroom CD. The tracks are funky and full of energy and the production of the entire album is just excellent. The only thing better than this, was seeing the tracks off it live!
Best since B.P Empire October 18, 2004 Mr. R. Law 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I enjoyed Converting Vegetarians, so this is in no way putting down their last efforts but this album is one of their best yet.The first track instantly reminds you why you like Infected Mushroom, but what makes this album different is that they have not just used the same formula all the way through. Yes, a lot of tracks have the familiar sound but they also do a very good job of keeping the album original. The best tracks on the album feature singing, which isn't the norm for Infected Mushroom but works really well. And there's the usual I.M background sounds that keep you listening. If Prodigy had released this album instead of their newest it would be hailed as a massive return to form for them. In fact, it would probably have (almost!) lived up to their previous albums for most people.
GREAT!! October 12, 2004 C. H. Grobbelaar 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Yet another great album - IM seem incapable of producing boring ,predictable music , as is the norm today (just check out the charts). This time around there is use of vocals in a slightly unconventional way on a few tracks , and it works well.My favourite tracks? They are ALL excellent. A great album ,guys.
